Ina Haley joined the Ouzts team 1993, and has served as Office Manager her entire tenure. In 1984, the staff of Ouzts Chevrolet Company was enhanced by the addition of Ray Wilkes, Jr., from Macon, Georgia. Ray is the son-in-law of Buddy and Carol Ouzts and presently serves as Sales Manager and Vice President. Carol Reynolds Ouzts, wife of Buddy Ouzts, is Secretary-Treasurer of the corporation.

Under the leadership of Buddy Ouzts, the dealership was featured in TIME Magazine on February 12, 1996 as one of the top ten dealerships in the United States, as defined in the TIME Magazine Quality Dealer Awards.

Following the tradition set by his Father, Buddy is very active in community, civic, and state affairs. Buddy has served four terms as Mayor of the City of Winder, setting a record that will likely not be broken at 17 years. Among many offices held in the Lions Club, He has also served as a director for Lions Club International. He has held several offices within the Georgia Automobile Dealers Association and is a past President of the association.
